A 'Built Mocktail' No special equipment is required, simply pour or 'build' the ingredients over ice in an appropriate serving glass.

A 'Shaken Mocktail' Half-fill shaker with ice, pour in the ingredients, insert the strainer and secure the lid. Shake vigorously to mix, strain into an appropriate chilled glass.

A 'Blended Mocktail' Use a heavy-duty blender, as it may be called on to process ice. Use crushed ice will result in a smoother and more evenly textured cocktail.
